ABOUT NEIL
Neil has been counselling for the past 30 years. He is clinical member and supervisor for PACFA (Psychotherapists and Counselors Federation of Australia) and he is also a clinical member and supervisor the CCAA (Christian Counsellors Association of Australia). Neil holds the following professional qualifications, a Doctor of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy studies, a Master of Education (Adult) from the University of Technology, Sydney, a Master of Counseling and Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Wesley Institute, a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of New England and a Diploma of Relationship Counselling from Callam training. Neil is also in regular monthly supervision as per PACFA requirements.
Neil is the past president of CCAANSW, he was for 13 years the associate dean of counselling at Morling College. He has maintained a private practice for the past 30 years on the central coast of NSW which includes individual counselling, couples counselling and supervsion He has been a clinical supervisor of other therapists for the past 22 years and a supervisor for pastoral work for the past 15 years.
